GROUP SESSIONS    

A group session is a great way to reset your perspective in an environment that is comfortable and fun.

When you sign up for a session you will receive a zoom link for the session and an email full of tools for shifting your mindset to achieve your personal goals.​​

Group sessions include multiple participants. The cost of each session is $25.
